Booking An Event
Events can be booked on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays and specific times during the week. You should plan to book your party 4-6 weeks in advance. To book your party:
1. Contact to verify a date and time for your event. Once a date and time has been agreed upon, you have 7 days to complete your reservation as described below.
2. Download and print our Event Reservation Form. Carefully read all the event policies. Select a theme, song and party size for your event and include the agreed upon date & time. Included are the Event Policies and Theme Descriptions.
3. Your reservation will be complete when we receive your completed form (including your party size, theme and song) with a $60 non-refundable deposit. You may make changes to your form (Party size, theme, time and song) up to 1 week prior to the event. The remainder of your bill is due at the end of the event. The party rate cannot be reduced if less participants attend the day of the event.
4. THAT’S IT! Simply show up 15 minutes prior to event to set up your food and decorations.
Price:
- We charge $15 per person with a minimum $150 fee for groups smaller than 10 people
Event Policies:
- A $60 nonrefundable deposit and completed reservation form is required to hold your date. Changes to your party size, theme, song, time or date must be approved at least 1 week prior to the event. Changes cannot be made the week or day of the party.
- Parties are 2 hours including set up and breakdown. We ask your assistance to vacate your guests in a timely fashion. An additional $15 will be charged for every 15 minutes the party runs over your allotted 120 minutes. To rent the studio for additional time it must be arranged ahead of time. ($30 per hour)
- An Instructor/ Event Facilitator is provided for the 2 hours but will only be teaching for 40-60 minutes. For kids parties, parents are responsible for all guests for the duration of the party.
- Decorations, party supplies and food are not included. You may bring your own.
- Guests may wear costumes, dancewear, or comfortable clothing. Costumes to match your theme are encouraged.
- The studio is not responsible for personal belongings, injuries sustained or diseases contracted while participating in activities.
- A waiting room is provided for parents of guests that stay for kids party.
